The expression of dedication.

It is a farm of 22 hectares in the Chianti Classico Black Rooster area. All the farming is under "organic conversion". Ten hectares are devoted to the wine production, two to the olive oil. Our yearly production is of 40.000 bottles, Chianti Classico, Grappa, Vinsanto and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

It is a family-run farm. Mario and Elena, together with their staff, personally take care of the wine production.

It is a Chianti Classico wine respecting the tradition and typicality. For the production of the Chianti Classico wines are only used theautochthonous grape vines like Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino.

It is the knowledge of the old vine-dressers and at the same time the improving new technologies which create the product.

It is a quality wine thorough in its details. All of the procedures are done scrupulously and by hand. The shrewd choice of the best grapes and accurate enological decisions give birth to a subtle and refined wine.

It is a niche product: a great attention is payed to details.  However, the love of Corsignano for culture and art is expressed not only in the logo that combines the symbol of the Chianti Classico to the literature, but also in the choice to wear the wine bottles with elegant labels, drawn by famous Italian painters: Mario Gambedotti and Eugenio Comencini.

It is a land of ancient traditions. From the end of the 19th century to the threshold of the third millennium, Chianti Classico wine has steadily reinforced its position in the affections of wine lovers throughout the world.

All is true.
But what is essential and not visible to the eyes, is the bravery to risk, the pride of being there and the dedication to enthusiasm.
